    Connections, the Phone System!
    Auto Attendant/ACD. Both incoming and internal calls hear custom menu for call distribution or other features. Caller ID can be used for automated call transfers. (NT) 

    Caller ID. Is detected, displayed and used for various features (NT).

    Call Forwarding. Remotely modifiable, calls can be forwarded to internal or external numbers and automatically by Caller ID (NT).

    Call Park and Pickup. User can Park a call and have it Picked up by someone else dialing its announced 2 or 3 digit code.

    Call Transfer. Transfer a call to an internal or external number.

    Camp-On To a busy line and when free you will be connected next, in order of your call in case of multiple callers calling the same number.

    Conference Call. From screen or extension up to 8 calls can be easily conferenced.

    Dial by Name. Auto Attendant will find the needed extension by its entered name.

    Directory Support. From your PC screen you can call from most Recent Calls list, your phone directory, and a growing list of popular databases.

    Extensions. You can choose your extension plan of from 2 to 5 digits company wide across all of your branch and satellite offices.

    Hold/Mute. Call can be put on Hold or your microphone muted. Hold music can be played while on Hold.

    Least Cost Routing (LCR) can be enabled to have each call to be placed in the most economical way, either by selecting the appropriate trunk group or by the use of a preprogrammed “10” code. LCR can also use the trunk lines of your branch office closest to the calling destination. (NT)

    Message Waiting Is notified by your Auto Attendant, stuttered dial tone, Caller ID Display, and on-screen indicator. (NT).

    Music on Hold Multiple Telephony Hub™ PBX Ports can be programmed as Music Ports and assigned to trunk groups or extension pools.

    Network Telephony (NT). Since your computers are now integrated with your phone system a whole new set of capabilities are now available. Features using this are marked (NT). 

    Paging Any Telephony Hub™ Port can be programmed as a Paging port for multiple Page Groups. Multimedia enabled PC’s can be included in Paging Groups. (NT)

    PC Application Calling You can highlight any phone number on your PC screen and place the call through Connections! (NT)

    Pool Groups. Extensions are assigned as Pools with calling and answering privileges assigned by pool.

    Trunk Groups. Outside trunk lines are assigned in Trunk Groups as needed for specific uses, like Least Cost Routing.

    Voice Mail Can be treated just like Email and transferred, stored, archived, retrieved, and made available to be processed. Can be easily retrieved both from your PC and remotely from your Auto Attendant. (NT)
